I love hearing adoption stories. Each story is different, but you can see God’s hand in each of them. Meet my lovely friend, Robin. I met Robin through our kids Classical Conversations Community. She is bubbly, outgoing, and very witty. She encourages everyone, is always smiling, and is remarkable with kids! She has a very unique story, that could happen to anyone. Her story started when she and her husband were about to be empty nesters. They were moving into a different stage of life and adoption was not in their plan. Although, God had a different route prepared and thought-out for them! She learned about how her nephew was recently put in foster care and was bouncing from home to home. He was three and had many behavior issues. The social worker even said, this child will not be adopted. He is a big challenge. However, they choose to adopt him creating a family for him, he desperately needed. This sweet boy is not the same little child they brought in, but only God could change him. God does not waver. He had a plan for Sabastian with chosen parents and a family. Listen to her story. She talks about the hardships, blessings, and love created from a different circumstance.

We can trust God when unexpected things arise because our GOD is a God, in all circumstances. He is working for our good and His glory!
